yes it is certain that there was some cheating I immediately noticed it with very few more sponsored friends!! but sorry it is 500 sponsored friendsmore for some members more if they sent themselves an mp to prevent customer services I am ok however if it is not the case I find it not normal at all because a member is already excluded it is
