I don't really understand your question, do you want to know how to earn codes or how to pay allopass codes to get credits?
In the case of the 1st perspective, there are many Prizes on MadWin but I don't think there are any codes up for grabs !
In the case of the 2nd hypothesis, you go to: Purchase of Credits and you select the country where you live + the Mode payment in this case Allopass. If you have disabled your anti-pop up normally a window opens with a phone number to dial. You then get a code to enter in the space provided and your credits are then added to your account.
It seems long like that, but you'll see it goes fast, otherwise for faster and easier if you have a credit card, it's to pay with
