In my Prize Winnings, on a prize in the state (waiting for validation, etc.,...) I have #NA (which registered once the prize has been validated)

I am in the same case... I have 13 Prizes on standby with the notion #N/A#. (9 on MadWin and 4 on CadoVillage). but also, I don't have a clear answer from customer service. However, I have received some Prizes since then so I don't understand.

Is the prize won at the Sweepstake a ghost prize?
Because those bought at the Prize Shop arrive without any problem.....

I still have 2 Prizes in #NA for months, despite several relaunches at the SC, still nothing... yet I have already received other prize at home since then, so misunderstanding ๐Ÿ™

That being said, I have Prizes that date back to the end of 2010 that are still in #NA# and customer service tells me they are sending me to know why, but their answer is already 1 month old and without suite๐ŸŽต. However in the meantime I have won other Prizes and some have been sent to me, others are still in #NA#, it's hard to understand!

Can we afford to Confirm them an iterative copy of our identity card with our nickname written on it? When in doubt, maybe that's why it gets stuck?

I put this message because, I've been having trouble lately with Madgames. I sent 3 messages to customer service eventually giving them my MadWin nickname,... and explaining that I had already been checked a few months ago. The SC replied that I had been randomly selected for this check and, indeed, having already provided the requested documents on their other sites, it automatically validated my won Prizes.

Since then, I no longer have souci๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™y): But it'

s a shame that customer service doesn't ask for these papers when you register, for example, because it's amazing how many people ask about this famous NA (especially on the MAdgames wall).

Remember the famous screwdriver kit! I had had this #N/A for quite some time! The customer service replied to me then:

Each win must go through a validation phase by our administrators before being sent. When the status of your prize is'#NA', it means that our administrator has not yet validated it.

As soon as this is done, your prize can then be scheduled for our next sending session.
