If you're talking about the Sweepstakes, it's a draw, so there's no waiting list. You ask for tickets, if your ticket is a winner, you win the Prizes. If you do not have the winning ticket, we will refund your MadPoints!

If you are talking about Prize Shops, there is no queue either: you ask for your prize and you receive it automatically.

Finally, if you are talking about Tic Tac Showcases, it is a queue, which guarantees you to climb up the rankings every day until you become number 1 and win the prize. You are therefore sure to win your prize, provided of course that you confirm your position every day... and be patient!
